Fall Festival

Molly, Andrew, and I went to my school's fall festival last Friday. Molly for the most part had a good time (she was a bit overwhelmed by the crowds at first). She mostly wanted to play on the playground but also enjoyed the Pumplin Bag Walk (like a cake walk, but you get a pumpkin bag filled with goodies). After 3 attempts, Molly stopped on the number called out. The bag was stuffed!!! The bags are put together by the teachers (we have to put together 2 bags each). Now let me tell you, my bags were not stuffed as full as the one Molly won. Oops! The contents were very appropriate for Molly (playdough, bouncing balls, puzzle, etc.) She was very excited to win her "orange bag".

The other thing that Molly enjoyed at the festival was getting snowcones. She decided on "blue". She tried to convince me that she needed one of every color. Mommy won that battle!

Andrew was very happy while we were there. It was fun showing him off to my students, parents, and friends. This was the first school function he had been to.

I'm sure next year will be much more fun!
